Tibi's designer and founder, Amy Smilovic, knew what direction her career should take after moving to Hong Kong in 1997. Soon after leaving a successful marketing career at American Express in Manhattan and arriving in exotic Asia, she began designing a collection of brilliant must-have pieces. Tibi is now one of the hottest contemporary fashion lines. Inspiration for her color palettes may come from the sandy beaches of Bali, the forests of New Zealand or the lemon groves of Capri.
